Is the consultation really free?
How soon can someone come out?
We usually call back within 48 hours and can often schedule a consultation the same week, including evenings and Saturdays.
Do I need to know what I want first?
Not at all. Most people start with a room and a problem — too much glare, no privacy, a window that looks unfinished. We will talk through the options and what each will cost.
Do you charge a deposit to book?
No deposit is needed to book a consultation. Payment terms are only discussed once you have approved a quote.
Can you quote from photos or plans?
We can give indicative pricing from plans, which helps at budget stage. A final fixed price always follows an in-home measure, because reveal depths and finishes change the specification.
