Where hinged panels will not work
On a three-metre glass slider, hinged panels are impractical — they need room to swing and they crowd the space. Sliding shutters run on a top track instead, moving across the opening and stacking neatly to one side.
It is the configuration that lets you treat a whole wall of glass as one considered element rather than a problem to be curtained.
